@gummynumberone I dont know for sure. Some say you do but if there is any muscle loss It seems to be very low. I think It would also depend on what your calories are made of. If you are getting your protein your body should not really go to itself when it needs them. But really Im just guessing on all this as there is soo much conflicting info out there.

Hi! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate shed lots of weight.
-
@mustgetmuscles1 cool.thanks for the advise.would that also burn muscle tho?
-
@gummynumberone I may be wrong but I think "calorie deficit" is misleading. You are eating less than your body needs BUT your body is burning up fat stores for the remaining calories that it needs. So if you count the amount you ate and the amount of stored fat burned your body actually got its total needed calories.
-
@gummynumberone Nope. Since your body goes into both anabolic and catabolic stages throughout the day, you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Granted, neither will be as efficient as if you just focused on each one individually. But it's still very much possible to multitask in this way.

@QcatDoesGames making gains at calorie deficit?? is that actually possible lol.surely u have to have more than ur body requires to gain weight
