Losing weight is easy when you put your metabolism into overdrive with the afterburner effect. Its EASY to do!

Yes I know the title is cheesy but I had to convince people of the importance of daily cardio and also convince them not to waste money buying stupid eBooks that promise how to use the "Afterburner Effect". Its so easy, why would you waste $100 to have someone tell you need to do cardio???

Virtually all of the calorie calculators out there that will tell you your daily caloric requirement are based on the equations designed by Harris and Benedict whose research I refer to in this video. There is a good reason for this, its because the equations have been found to be accurate for millions of people! "Afterburner Effect" is not a theory, it is practical knowledge. Given the amount of cardio someone does, you can predict their daily caloric needs with a fair degree of accuracy.

  • would it make a difference if i did 30 minutes of jogging at 5k pace or say 10 minutes of intense cardio like intervals. which is more effective? or would it be best to alternate daily

  • WIERD

  • U SOUNF REALLY GAY

  • @gummynumberone I dont know for sure. Some say you do but if there is any muscle loss It seems to be very low. I think It would also depend on what your calories are made of. If you are getting your protein your body should not really go to itself when it needs them. But really Im just guessing on all this as there is soo much conflicting info out there.

  • Hi! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate shed lots of weight.

  • @mustgetmuscles1 cool.thanks for the advise.would that also burn muscle tho?

  • @gummynumberone I may be wrong but I think "calorie deficit" is misleading. You are eating less than your body needs BUT your body is burning up fat stores for the remaining calories that it needs. So if you count the amount you ate and the amount of stored fat burned your body actually got its total needed calories.

  • @gummynumberone Nope. Since your body goes into both anabolic and catabolic stages throughout the day, you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Granted, neither will be as efficient as if you just focused on each one individually. But it's still very much possible to multitask in this way.

  • @QcatDoesGames making gains at calorie deficit?? is that actually possible lol.surely u have to have more than ur body requires to gain weight
