Saw them open for Doobie Brothers at Alpine Valley, WI... talked my way up the the 7th row on the promise of leaving when the main act (for everyone else) took the stage... I was out of the parking lot before the Doobies were even into their 3rd song... fantastic but sad since I thought that was the last time I'd get to see them... overjoyed at being able to see them multiple times since (and meet them backstage before the show on a dare)

I love this band. I live in Poland, and the first time i heard them was in the eighties, when I was 13 or 14 years old. Some guy in a radio presented the American bands, totally unknown in our country. I recorded a tape with the album "Good news and the bad news". It was love at the first sight (or hearing). I still have this tape, although it is almost totally unplayable.

First of all thanks for posting this music. I never get tired of this band. Even if the total views are smallish, don't fret. This band just won't die. We are finding them again after all this time. I share my LP's, Cassettes and CD"s by them with all of my friends and their reputation grows bigger and bigger. Keep posting here and sharing the music.

I grew up listening to this, not even knowing the artist's name.
Now I finally happen to look it up and it's only got 16,000 views in 3 years?

I too went to NWMS, and when they played in the small ballroom ( 86') it was magic! Everyone there knew every song. zee, I'm glad you're keeping up. They're our U2. They said something, unlike bands now. They took a side. They spoke for a generation of mid-western kids.
