  • upon watching this again I thought I should mention I never let my son drink cow's milk...he's been on soy....thinking about going to rice milk. Dick Gregory...when I was a child...said milk was toxic to african americans...and this is appearing to be true...but not just AA...my little god son is of german and mexican descent and has some pronounced milk allergies.

  • True. Animals were not designed to consume the milk of a different species. Cow's milk is for cows because it's set up for a cow's physiology, not a human's. Cows (and other animals) have biological needs and requirements that we don't have. You would never feed a cow human milk. It's baffling why it has taken us this long to figure it out. I, personally, have become an undeniable fan of Almond milk. I LOVE the stuff. I highly recommend...

  • wait.

i think im starting to get milk allergies.

cus i been getting this skin rashes that are non itchy???

is this cause of milk?? protein shake?? will it be affect of egg too?

  • The only way to know for sure is to trying going without dairy or eggs for a few weeks and see if your problems improve. That's what I had to do. Doctors couldn't figure it out for me, so I had to do my own experimentation. Try going dairy-free and/or egg-free for a while and see if your skin rashes disappear. If not, try another food or maybe it could be your clothes detergent. It's mostly a matter of process of elimination. It's painstaking but it works! =)

  • Soy has hormones in it as well...eliminate ALL milk of any type. Take calcium tablets with vitamin D. Amen

  • Thanks for posting this! I've just started to do this. I recently (a few weeks ago) moved from soy milk to almond milk. I like it SO much better and it tastes really good in cereal. I've been trying to cut out all dairy altogether, but I have a weakness for milk chocolate. If I could cut out the candies I think I'd be okay., lol!

  • @vicky1220 the random pimple is inevitable. I think they can be caused by any toxin and in today's world it's impossible to stay away from them all, even if all you eat is fresh organic vegetables and meat straight from a farm (although that helps a ton). Chemicals in shampoos, makeup, laundry soap, even pollution in the air can cause skin to break out in a rash or pimples. might just be one way that the body gets rid of bad bacteria by pushing infection out, just my opinions, I'm no expert.

  • @RyanUnplugged well it did clear my cysts but I still get the usual chin pimples and I don't know what is causing it. heck i think my acne is hormonal and I will still have it even if i starve, lmao! Can do nothing else, life is not fair.

  • recently found out that milk was giving me what I thought my whole life was "heat rash" Kinda sucks cuz I love dairy but I love not being rashy more :D

  • @vicky1220 did eliminating dairy work for you? I used to have acne and body rash, getting rid of processed foods, preservatives and anything artificial in my diet immediately cleared my acne (within days) and I recently realized that milk was giving me what I thought was "heat rash" my entire life. even a sip of milk would cause a break out, if I drank a lot of milk or ate a lot of dairy it would get really nasty and painful. Can't believe it took so long to figure out it was milk causing it

  • @stolenturtle just make milk chocolate out of your almond milk, I'm allergic to milk also and love chocolate, so I make home make rice milk and oat milk from raw rice and oats (much cheaper than buying it premade in the store) and then just add cocoa powder and a little sugar, vanilla and stevia

  • It is so sad that nowadays dermatologists don't give a shit about their patients..I remember about 15 years ago I asked my dermatologist if milk would make my already cystic acne worse, and the biatch said no!! "you should drink plenty of milk everyday", "there is no connection between milk and acne"...and she prescribed me accutane(which gave me a deep depression) and sent me home.....

here I am depressed and still have acne :(

  • Damn I've been killing myself on eliminating stuff from my diet but the bit of milk in my morning cereal, and I am now suspicious that might be why I still have acne and ezcema(sp). I am gonna start eliminating all dairy even my yogurt tomorrow morning....very informative vid!

  • I believe this woman is very correct in her research and she is very smart for doing self research instead of seeking the advice of someone who is paid to make profit for pill compays I recently started drinking soy milk and my skin cleared up almost instantly had a cup of coffie with lots of milk yesterday and got four pimples in a single hour wow didnt consume any dairy the next day and it went away amazing things doctors dont want us to know about to fund acne compays and dermatoligists
