WTF ...

@apo115 To begin with, I just want to let you know that i'm sharing what i've learned in a couple of courses I took early on in my college career. Our digestive systems are supposedly not "designed" to process meat while we still have the ability to without many negative side-effects. Basically, to the best of my knowledge we're unable to fully process meat as efficient as plants but we can still do it. That being said, i'm grilling a NY prime right now.

@USGiorgi Our ancestors have been omnivores for well over 2 million years. Cave paintings of hunting alone, are over 100,000 years old. Our anatomy, digestive tracts, our ability to break down fats, etc, have taken millions of years to evolve to this point. Not sure where you got a 10,000 years number, unless you are approaching this from a creationist point of view.

I agree with you 100%. Except for the million years part :) hahaha. It's more like 10,000 years. However, eating red meat is nothing like people perceive. Protein is necessary and that's just a fact. Yes, eating poultry or seafood may be healthier because of their vitamins, but in no way is eating steak going to kill you...

@ObamaEqualsStupid You and your mother are both stupid bobble-headed hypocrites.
We've been eating red meat for over a million years, and now your saying it's bad for us? Give me a break.

A vegetrarin friend of mine told me that I'm not "evolved" because I eat meat. He said that people ony started eating cows thousands of years ago because they were savages, they were barbarians and they didn't know any better. People who eat cows are not evolved.
What a bunch of bullsh!t. People ate cows thousands of years ago for the same reason we eat cows today.
Because they are easy to catch.
Were not savages, were just lazy.
A cheetah could taste like chocolate heroin, we'll never know.
