UK - ZL mobile DX on 20m

A spot of early morning DX on 20m, I had heard Al, ZL1BD, for a while but decided to wait until conditions improved a little before giving him a call, he's got a great ear for pulling a weak station out of the melee of callers. My working conditions are Icom IC7000 100w into a home brew 8' antenna on the roof of the car. As Al said in the video, 30min later I checked in on him and he was 59, 4 S points higher than when I spoke to him, reciprocity law would mean my signal would have been around an S 6.
