  • My dear sister who mentioned we should 'serve' our men, that it is our job as women. Even if I met a wonderful man tomorrow who is a real man and steps up, who said we are servants? This undermines our humanity, competence, independence, and the fact that we are made in Gods image. A relationship or marriage isnt about women serving its about equality and compromise. Where both parties are respecting each other and loving each other sacrificially. This 'women's role stuff' don't fly.

  • @79agp - That's great if it doesn't fly for you... That is your decision and what I stated on the video is what works for me...Simple;)

  • Listen to yourself...you are suggesting that most of the black men are on a downward spiral, selling drugs, etc. Have you attend a university or college? If you have then you know there are black men moving forward. To ignore they exist is backwards. Why not ignore the losers and "praise" the winners? That's too much like right. Then black women would have to acknowledge their own inability to keep a man and lack of relationship skills. Maybe another reason men don't want ya?

  • Dupree, thanks for commenting but however, According to data from the American Council on Education, only four in ten Black men aged 18 to 24 choose to go to college. Sixty percent of Black women enroll. I also graduated from Temple Univ. and I am now attending CSUDH to get my masters. So i have also witnessed the decline of black male enrollment.

  • I agree with Kia 100%. And like "BeeHoly" stated: a great example is Pres. Obama and Michelle Obama. I admire their relationship so much.

  • @ActressAngie- aww black love!

  • All I have to say you women are beautiful.

  • But with the negatives also come positives. Private college black girls are the best ones to date. They're open-minded to things like nature, music other than hip-hop and R&B, they don't talk about being a woman or being black all damn day, they give back to the community in a meaningful way, they're not part of some Alpha Kappa Psi Beta Delta or w/e nonsense organization is out there (which means they haven't had a train ran on them), etc.

These are the ones that you want. Trust me.

  • Most BM have failed egregiously in obvious ways.

Many BW sleep with the loser miscreants, creating more miscreants. Many BW (along with most other American women) also have this feminist idea of female "equality".

They want chivalry, but don't act like traditional females (cook, clean, etc.). Many also confuse attitude with being "strong". Not to mention single mothers. You'd be a fool to raise another man's seed.

Also, most are hopelessly brainwashed by church pimps... i mean pastors

  • @79agp

lol, keep quoting that "strong black woman" feminist jargon.

btw, how's that panning out for you?

  • @NewKiTV The two girls hairstyles are simply beautifull.

  • Feminism destroyed the family in America, even more so in the black community. Feminism didn't do the job single-handedly, it has a partner in this disaster...

...if you want to know who/what that is: Read "The Moynihan Report".

Black folk didn't want to discuss it then and still don't want to discuss it now.

  • I blame this generation in my opinion, now alot of women( Especially from my high school) are becoming too grown and ignorant, plus when they are in a relationship they tend to be dominant or immature to handle a relationship. or maybe its just they set such high standards for what they want in a guy

  • Why so much emphasis on strength? Black women are the only ones I hear that are on this crap! Let it go I beg you! And to Teisha, I'm curious as to what you do for a living since you mentioned that women were moving up and had to lower their standards for knuckleheads. Just my two cents, but a woman's role to me would traditional (i.e. cooking, cleaning, being supportive). Men today are still expected to adhere to their traditional roles, so why can't women?
