Most of those (90% of the food) are used for soup. Ever wonder why asians tend to live long? Because we drink some random ass shit that helps our body systems. (My mother makes me some nasty soup sometimes >_>)

what's ironic is that most of the food up there is what they got in the States and Europe too. Is it that bizarre to see racks of ribs, fresh meat, and rice? I personally am not a fan of frogs but i'm pretty sure that's a cuisine in France too. What I find hilarious is that Western people are intimidated at seeing animals with their heads still on, and are turned off from foods that are fresh before your eyes and not that frozen crap you find in Safeway.
