If you have windows XP and you forgot your windows password than you can get your password by a software. You can get software from here

Look at the credits for the name of the song. I'm not sure about u but for me at works even if im a guest and i tried at my friends house and it seems to work fine. The problem could be if the administrator set something differently than my administrator.
