Exactly what I think as well. Forthermore, the monotony of some old classics was intended, leaving your mind space to add it´s own melodies and beats. This is what creates a "feeling for a song" I think.

I agree. For me it seems like newer stuff is trying to cram too much into the song and its like the simplicity is what makes this song so good. At least that's my opinion
