Truckers News Senior Editor Todd Dills caught up with the November subject of his "Exit Only" column, independent owner-operator and TruckBytes software creator W. Joel Baker, in September at one of Baker's shippers' facilities in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., to talk about his career and his drive to create a software package that was streamlined to fit the accounting needs of owner-operators on the road.
