I understand these are films made in a church basement back in the 50's, by the late, great Mr Carl Cestari. These films contain gems of information. Wonder if Bruce Lee ever saw these films when formulating the foundations of Jeet Kune Do? Ah, Probably not ...just a passing thought!

Viewing later vids of Mr Cestari in action, It's shocking to see what diabetes can do to your hands and body ...even so, he was one of the best at 'real life' self defence.
