Im looking for a upgrade for my Epiphone Thunderbird Goth pickups, this SSB-4 are full compatible or need any kind of modification to install it?

if i replace my epiphone thunderbird pickups with tv jones thundertron that have an even lower dc resistance than the seymour duncan ssb-4, does that mean i need new pots? (thundertron - 4.8k dc resistance)

Nope. I installed a set of Seymour Duncan SSB-4's in the Thunderbird, then sold the original crap Epiphones...
