It's missing VenomMyotismon, MetalEtemon, MetalSeadramon, Machinedramon and Apocalymon(Who is MY favourite villain of season 1)
I do like this, though.

Team Rocket may be funny...but they aren't TRUE villains.They aren't even challenging.
Digimon villains on the other hand,are way more powerful.I remember hating on MetalEtemon because he killed Leomon,Metalseadramon because he killed Whamon and so on...
I mean,you can't compare Digimon's epicness with Pokemon.
