Rand Cam Engine Corp. is a privately held company
whose stock is reportedly owned 50% by
The Watchtower Society, a religious organization,
34% by James McCann and the balance by several
other shareholders. Mr. McCann has indicated that
he donated the shares held by The Watchtower Society
to that organization but has retained a voting proxy
for those shares. Accordingly, in Notes (3)and (4) above,
beneficial ownership of the 5,073,200 shares registered
in the name of Rand Energy Group Inc. has been attributed
to The Watchtower Society and Mr. McCann. We believe
it would be misleading and not provide clear disclosure
to list as beneficial owners in the table the other entities
and persons discussed in this paragraph, although
a strict reading of Rule 13d-3 under the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 might require each such entity
and person to be listed in the beneficial ownership table.

....as a matter of fact...and quite to the contrary of your claim that I have "no house" and "no job"...for 1.) You can clearly see my home in the background of the reviews that I make..and 2.) you can clearly see that I do reviews of two guitars that are mine....one of them being a Gibson Les Paul Traditional Plus from 2010 which costs 2,199.oo U.S. and the other one being a U.S.A. Hamer Studio Goldtop P-90 which retails @ 2,400.oo U.S. That money must fall from the sky then?

...secondly...where in the comments can you find any evidence that would support your claim that I have quote "OCD", "depression", "no house", "no job"? Where have I made the claim that you are quote "sadder and cannot fight back"?

I personally think that just because you get questioned on anything you think in your mind that you are being "attacked". Just because somebody doesn't "roll-over" for every baseless claim that you make...doesn't make them wrong and without merit.
