Ray combines two of his favorite things....the harmonica and flying. This is some good footage of the annual "Moontown Airport Grass Field Fly In" in Huntsville, Alabama on September 17 & 18, 2011. Ray takes his grand children to the fly in. The background music is "Lark in the Morning", a moderately difficult piece to play. Harmonica was a diatonic Hohner Special 20 key of G. The harp is crossed into D (2nd position). Danny Wilder played all instruments except the harmonica. This was recorded and mixed many years ago by Tim Gibbs at Tim's Toy Box in Madison.

Alabama. The arrangement of this song is copied from Charlie McCoy.

Watch for Ray's other flying and harmonica videos on You Tube, Vimeo and Reverbnation.

  • Lovely video production.

  • Great video! I'm not just saying that because I'm in it three times!

Really captures the mood at Moontown.
