Please read the descripion :)

At FL300 / cruising altitude were severe turbulences near South-America.
Our Flight: CDG-EZE / B777-300ER / AirFrance

Hope you take some impressions :D

Only to clear the situation ;)
I know there are heavier turbulences then this one!
please understand me :P

comment from tigerswede3:
"Yes, that is quite normal. No one is screaming, and no one is throwing up. The definition of severe turbulence... Aircraft may be momentarily out of control.
Occupants are forced violently against seat belts or shoulder straps. Unsecured objects are tossed about. Food service and walking are impossible."

My response:
@tigerswede3: "yes youre right. for me these were the first bigger trubulences in an airplane. sure i had turbulences overhead austria but not as 'heavy' as these ones"

  • Severe turbulence: Coffee & other loose obsticals floating in mid air, People screaming, oxygen masks fall out & the camera pansy has no time to film the occasion as he`s busy shitting his pants.

  • I've seen more turbulence in my tea cup. A waste of film.

  • I know I'm a big pussy but even this kind of shit scares me. I wasn't ever afraid of flying until bad turbulence over Greenland once and now it scares the hell out of me. We're not supposed to be up there, people! :-)

  • @warminator

You forgot that 5 of the three engines had an engine stall and they had to glide about 1.500 miles in about 30 minutes and had the touch down without gears, BUT landed in time :-)

  • oh shit iw as in this flight this is air france i was near the front

  • You call this turbulence? Try flying a 172 in the middle of a windy storm. Your ass will never stay on that seat!

  • i have seen more turbulence in my stomach...this is isn't anything...

  • You can always spot those who have NEVER flown in their lives , no air masks falling ? , ARE YOU FOR REAL , that only happens when theres a loss of oxygen NOT because of turbulance morons .

  • @lengendmk moi aussis ca etait pareil mais les avions peuvent resister a sa

  • @warminator the oxygen masks fall only in the case of a loss of cabin pressure, not turbulence.

  • وش فيه

  • I'd be shitting my pants more at the fact that I am flying on an Air France flight. To be honest, even if my Reading light were to burn out, I would probably be in the brace position in tears screaming... "I SHOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN MY BICYCLE!!!"
