It doesnt even matter if SW durasteel is canon or not. It wont matter because it wil not make SW ships immune to ST weapons.

Although durasteel contains "neutronium" it is a completely different substance to star trek "neutronium". In ST it is a material composed entirely of neutrons and is the same material found in the cores of neutron stars. In SW however it is described as being "a metallic element". Therefore the two are not the same, so SW durasteel is not resistant to ST weapons.

LOL This argument is just so desperately Vaderish that I am not even certain what I'm responding to. You act like "durasteel" is somehow impregnable. Even though the word "durasteel" appears ZERO times in the movies. In fact, the source of the word "durasteel" comes from the ROLE-PLAYING GAME. LOL Weaksauce. What we see in the movies is the last thing Vadering Vaders like Vader want to talk about. The technical and engineering limitations of the Imperial fleet are so obvious that only a Vader (because the word "stupid asshole" just doesn't even begin to encompass the level of insipid willful stupidity that Vader displays on a daily basis, so I have coined the word "Vader" to express this mind-blowing level of stupidity) like Vader could possibly miss it and further be surprised we'd bring it up.

Doesn't matter when the Federation ships are ALL armed with FTL targeting systems. We know what happens to fighters that go against capital ships in Star Trek. They don't last very long. None of the major powers in Star Trek deploy fighter sized craft other than the Federation. And the Federation will only use such fighter craft against the Cardassians and the Dominion.

So true. In order to avoid running into each other, Star Destroyers are forced to take "evasive maneuvers". That's what happens when you fly around in a cheese wedge that's a mile long. And even given THREE Star Destroyers, they fail to capture or even disable the Millennium Falcon. That's the most amusing bit. And the Falcon even lost its deflector shields.

Hell, it wouldn't matter if the Star Destroyers caught them.
