A. if the Taliban comes back to power then Al Qaeda has the exact same home that they did before 9/11. Al Qaeda was outspoken about plans to attack America before 9/11, and they did. They are outspoken about plans to attack and kill Americans now. We have no reason to doubt them, they have not been bluffing before.
