Any sample of a gas is made of molecules. A molecule is the smallest unit having all the chemical properties of the sample. The kinetic theory of gases attempts to develop a model of the molecular behaviors of an ideal gas. The pressure exerted by a gas, kinetic interpretation of temperature and gas equations can be studied with the help of this model.

  • all the formulas are wrong, she has taken the boltzman's const in the avg speed, most probable speed and rms.... she should take the gas const ""R""...she is waste of time here.....

  • Don't tell me it is one of those coaching centers' classes. They just make students mug up some formulas that they can use to crack entrance exams without teaching the basic things that make up the theories cuz apparently " they do not ask things like that in entrance tests". They do not teach u the subject but only "formulas" and "tricks" to crack tests.

  • Please derive the formulas that u r using. U r using the formula for pressure without telling how u r getting it. If I remember correctly, then what u r teaching is in the CBSE science syllabus 4 classes 11-12. And the proofs r all there in their syllabus including the proof of pressure and all the other formulas that u wrote down without explaining their origin & if u r teaching KTG then where r the basic assumptions which r the base of this theory?
