Junior Walker on David Letterman, 11-25-85..Jun and the backup band played many of his hits during the leadins and leadouts for commercials....What a neat show...I've watched it many many times....!
I saw Junior at the N.J. State Fair in the 80's. He could really blow. Real "live" music by real musicians. Nothin' fancy no strobe lights or special affects just playin' and singin'. Nothin' like the good old days. RIP Junior you are missed.
@bookguitarguy no, they can't. everyone pitches to them these days. who can make them get the wettest gets the hit. same with phone in reality shows. teenage girls do most of the calling in there too.

Seen Junior one time in Philly with some other oldie groups and Junior stole the show with his horn and Jam.This is good stuff. Thanks for posting!
