Support New Orleans and its musicians! There are few places where you can find such talented and enterprising young musicians out performing on the street. Its free but it aint! So, donate to musicians and the schools and programs that support them!

This is New Orleans-style of music in the French Quarter thanks to some talented young men.

Snare drum: Reginald Jr.
Bass drum: Thaddeus R.
Tuba: Marshan
Trumpet: John Michael Bradford

I would also like to add that it was 100+ degrees and they had already played a few tunes.

Also, the name of the tune is "Talkin' Loud".

  • @50fabulous1 Yes, I knew his name, but I was a little concerned about adding their last names since they were/are minors. However, they are older now and in need of establishing a career. So, I am glad to do so.

However, let's call him a "young trumpet player." He was taller than me!

  • Would you mind tagging John Michael Bradford in this video. He's the little trumpet player, 11 yrs old at the time.Thankd you!

  • Thank you for providing the song title. I ran a couple of blocks with two small children in tow when I heard the opening strains to this tune! I need to get that CD! Merci beaucoup!

  • It's a tune called "Talkin' Loud"....Rebirth Brass Band has recorded and put that out on a CD.
