I think it's pretty fucking obvious that you don't know anybody that can do that, without shooting 50 bullets until they hit, or with a huge amount of luck. From 65ft away, you wouldn't even be able to see the shotgun shell, let alone shoot it with a bullet thats only slightly smaller than it + the gun isn't 100% accurate.
