William Trubridge breaks the world record in Unnasisted Freediving with a dive to 88m (288ft) in 3 minutes 30 seconds. The dive was set at the Vertical Blue Invitational Freediving Competition in Dean's Blue Hole, Long Island, Bahamas.

    and maybe try apnea training, that can strengthen your diaphragm, and you can hold more air. but i think William's advice might be better :) but try it. it has helped me :)

    You need to vent the pressure out by holding your nose and "blowing out air through it (obviously no are will come out since you are holding your nose. but that should remove the pain of water pressure.

    That was amazing! The deepest I have ever dived was 61 feet (by accident lol) with scuba gear (my wife and I are open water diver certified to 60 feet)! And you didn't even look tired afterwards!

    What did your head feel like when you surfaced? Were you dizzy?
