A delightful egg cooked under temperature controlled water bath "sous vide".

"Sous vide" means under vacuum in French. This method places meat in a vacuum sealed bag and cook it under precise temperature controlled water. Works well for eggs, as you can control precisely the doneness. Eggs come with their own "bags".

  • look crap thx

  • We would start a dozen eggs in the morning during prep and crack them into glasses and shoot them whole throughout the morning. Best breakfast in the planet.

  • Science works!

  • I isn't yucky, believe me. Spread that on toast and Nirvana happens.

  • I wonder what temperature you'd need to have it at to get softboiled eggs?

  • it looks yucky.
