Meet Belle's twin sister Isabelle.

Plot:
Isabelle is Belle's older sister, and she begins to have a mental breakdown. She tells her twin sister to kill her to prevent her from doing any thing horrible. Belle simply refuses.

Time seems to pass fine, but Isabelle is no longer normal one night when they were out Belle slips through thin-ice and Isabelle will not help her, but instead watches her sister drown.

I don't want to spoil the ending!
