Thanks Tracy. This is a great arm workout. I have been doing it faithfully five times a week for about a month and a half and am really starting to see results! I use 3 pound weights and have worked up to 35 reps. I started at 20 reps and worked my way up by increments of 5. Tracy's 'Love Handle' workout is also great! I also drink Tracy's kale juice recipe and use her ideas for Chia Seeds. Please keep the great videos and ideas coming, Tracy!

WOW my arms are still shaking. that workout right there is AMAZING thankyou so much Tracy. took me a lot of trawling to find the right video for me and im glad i found this 1. the burn was like ''oh my god''. cheers!! subscribed and will be doing as often as my work and kids allow x

What weights are you using for these exercises?

@carolinemin777 These are 1lb weights that are bean bag material. Any light (1, 2 or 3lb) weight will work just fine:)

these are fabulous!! do you have any that are targeted towards lower abdominals? I have some pooch that I would gladly get rid of but can't find a good exercise that actually helps. although these arm exercises are surely going to work out the abs.

@atlantis2339 Hi! Thanks for the comment! These are specific to arms, but be sure to engage the abdominals and it can help. I have several ab workouts on my channel to help get rid of a pooch, so be sure to check them out and do them!! Keep up the great work!
