Roland Burris: I Will Not Run In 2010 (Sanchez: He's "Damaged Goods")

Illinois Sen. Roland Burris, who was appointed to the Senate by impeached Governor Rod Blagojevich, says that while he was "honored" to be part of the Senate, he will not be a candidate in the 2010 state Senate election, the reason being he will find it hard to raise funds for a campaign.

Toward the end, Rick Sanchez jumps in and thinks the fundraising issue was an excuse, and that Burris was "strongarmed" into not running in 2010. "He's damaged goods," comments Sanchez. "Bottom line... he's tainted."
