  • @bozzza69 Even with all the material that i had studied, it took some time, plenty of trail and error, before i found out what worked for me. My body responds best when i address issues (bodypart or movement) at least 3 times per week. No need to worry about muscle mass - it will come. No reason to wait a whole week to train again. People who do not even train get muscle mass just by eating!

  • @Kreimehn Tottally agree when i was 16 i flooded myself with basic knowledge and till this day i am stumped that people fall for things such as the ab swing etc get abs in 2 weeks lol

  • Great stuff!

  • this is the first time i've heard of dr squat. man this is great information. sensible and practical guy.

  • @Kreimehn I was ISSA certified, so i read Dr. Hatfield's work. If one applies scientific methods, i really believe that it is like a magic elixir. This is why i don't understand people who obsessed with shortcuts, because with work, amazing results can be achieved. The first time i had ever used the sci methods of training earned me 20% strength gain on my bench in only 2 macrocycles, or 2 months. Now that's not bad at all! How much more of a shortcut does anyone want?

  • @Kreimehn Most people would rather believe the add hype that says there is a way to lose weight, or get fit which requires noting of them, or at the least, not very much of them ogther than money. This guy teaches the scientific way, (the right way) which is not fast, not in some magic pill... you have to work for it, and there area lot of people that still want it to be easy.

  • With all the interest about about nutrition, concerning strength training, I cannot believe that lack of responses. There are tons of sites on the net spewing false info on the subject that have almost an infinite number of hits. In a few short words, Dr. Hatfield summarizes the best advice, which is also everything you’ll ever need to know.
