That happend to me when I flew on a Southwest Boeing 737-700 from Columbus (CMH) to Chicago-Midway in 2005 we bounced twice before the Pilot activated the Thrust Reversers while the nose gear was still off the Ground but we landed safely. Must have been the head winds that day
