This couple is not JUST a couple of professionals!
Louis van Amstel and Julie Fryer were Latin World Champions in '94 and '95!
A year later or so, Louis went to the USA, to make fame at Broadway, but came back to The Netherlands for a few years!
BTW. I may have a (crappy) recording of their goodbye demonstration... will try to post it soon!
It was SO BEAUTIFUL. World's best dancers!

Weet je waar ik me nou zo aan erger? DAt de helft van de toch prachtige dans niet eens te zien is omdat ze zo nodig een playbackende oude man moeten laten zien. Niks tegen Borsato, maar dat playbacken is niet het kunststuk dat hier werd opgevoerd!
Het lijkt wel of RTL in al die jaren nog steeds dezelfde vreselijk slechte cameramensen en regisseur in dienst heeft,...

volgens mij wordt er niet geplaybackt maar loopt het beeld en geluid gewoon iet helemaal gelijk... dat zie je ook aan de dans als er overgegaan wordt in de muziek naar een ander tempo!

I captured it from the Dutch Dancing with the stars final on RTL 4.
It was a Demo performed by former world champions Latin July Fryer and Louis van Amstel on "Marco Borsato - Rood"
