Cutler had the 3rd LOWEST INT % in the league last year. Ints are a little high because he threw 600 passes with no running game. That won't be a problem in Chicago with Forte. Hester will be improved and Cutler will make all the receivers better. The difference between a "game manager" & a top QB is tremendous to a team.

I think that the bears receiving core is underrated. If you watched the bears-giants game, the bears receivers did great against the best NFC defense. Plus, Greg Olsen is actually pretty good at catching so he is another threat.
