This song was censored and re-recorded for national release. In the original version that was NOT released nationally after he tells her that his name is "Marlin" he says "she was cumming out of her shell." They chopped some good stuff off at the end in this version as in the original he goes to the free clinic because his case of the clams was "really urchin" and the doctor looks at him and says "oh...swell"
