In Manhattan Project, the evil Mech Morphix (originally supposed to be Dr. Proton from the first Duke game from '91, but still looks like him) is up to no good, and it's up to Duke Nukem to kick Morphix's ass out of New York.

The first boss fight of Episode 1 features Morphix in a helicopter with a squad of Pig Cops. Oh yeah, THAT'll stop Duke...
