  • i reduced refined crbs (bread, pasta) and reduced meals and i'm a new man. maybe you have Reactive hypoglycemia, ask your doctor for the rective hypo test?

  • @bubblegirls1234 that is probably because you had your knees locked im in 6th grade right now and my choir teacher says not to lock them or youll pass out

  • take care r u ok ? now

  • @bubblegirls1234 can you tell e wats the difference im scared tt i hve hypoglycemia i hav the symptoms..... m i diabetic? i dun wan to .. im scared

  • im just like you im in fourth grade and i was singing in chours and all of a sudden i fainted i did not know why and they said i did not have diabetes but i have low blood suger

  • I'd advise you to see the doc. You have the same "Washed out" look in the face that my diabetic mother had. I have recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic which means my sugar levels are fluctuating all over and are on the high side when I eat. I also get hypo symptoms if I don't eat. Also I'm constantly knackered, overwhelmingly so. If you are pre-diabetic you may be able to prevent the onset of diabetes, although I believe once there's even a whiff of it, it's here to stay. Good luck xx.

  • What did you eat for it to spike? Holy crap! Protein, and natural sugars are what you want to fill your diet with, not refined ones.
