This sucks!!! I'm a fan of the British version, and I think that if they showed the British version here instead of making another version in which Hunt looks like Fat Bastard at the end of Goldmember, the British DVDs wouldn't cost $60 a season at Barnes & Noble.

I completly agree. This version was a waste of time. Guv just doesn't have the same presence at ALL! And I don't like this Sam. British version is so much better. The American version was just odd. Why couldn't they just air the British one in America?

The british version is good but i prefere the american style 1970s its more distinguishable, shame about the US ending though, if you see past that al the other 16 episodes are exelent

I just love the voice over. Sam Tyler was a homicide detective who was about to find that being in an Aaron Spelling cop drama wasn't all it was cracked up to be. John Simm IS, TJ Hooker, in Adurpy durpy diddly dumpty doo. Rated PG 13
