  • meant to teach you the principle of continual motion, and how to focus it into differentt parts of your body, basic dna oxygenation.

  • I really like the simple explanation of what chi kung means and specific reasons to train - the benefits, etc. I love how the movements are shown by Sifu Jeff Larson. Really cool
