I bet with a small diesel engine and hydrostatic drive it will get well over 100 mpg and speeds over 80 mph. Fast enough!

60mpg?! I've never had les than 68mpg from my BMW F650CS and they were £5.5k in 2002. I sometimes get wet, though.

smartcar the reason we don't see these on the roads is probably because it is $80k plus US.... and they are working on a battery version the eTracer. But I agree we need a bunch of these type of two person enclosed bikes and trikes at an affordable cost. Fun and economical ... what a concept...
