Shalom! I also just read the article in Guideposts, and had to find your videos on youtube. We had latkes every night during Chanukah. My kids were disappointed to find that I wasn't making them tonight, because Chanukah was over. I do it a little different...I grate the potatoes and onions (food processors are wonderful!), drain the starch, and after adding the other ingredients I shape into patties. Nothing is better than homemade Jewish food!

Your food looks so delicious, bubbe! You help bring back memories of my best friend's(who's Jewish) grandma when I'd go to her house for Hanukkah. I was always accepted into their home like family even though I wasn't Jewish, but you cook from the heart like her bubbe. Here's to more warm cooking!
