Should I get the flu shot even though I'm pregnant? How is it different from the old H1N1 vaccine? Will it affect my baby? Is there a certain trimester I should receive the flu shot? If these are just some of your many questions about the influenza vaccine and pregnancy, let Dr. Maryam Tarsa, a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist with UCSD, provide you with answers.

    1. "We had a pandemic of H1N1"

No, a pandemic is a global epidemic with much higher than normal prevalence. H1N1 has always been mild, the money spent on vaccination wasted

    2. "If you are pregnant get vaccinated"

No!! - Sanofi's Package Insert for H1N1 - "Safety & effectiveness of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine have not been established in pregnant women"

Almost everything this "doctor" says in this video is wrong & reflects drug industry propaganda
