this is a very good review!! can i take these even though im 17 years old? or do you think maybe i should cut it down? instead of taking 3 ill take 2 or 11/2 instead?

@Jhayca0930 I'm sure 2 would be fine. It really depends on weight more than actual age. Always ask your doctor if you are unsure :)

@ShortyBadForever14 They're not meant to be taken all at once. Take 2 or 3 a different times in the day. And they are still working great for me :)

would you suggest only taking one a day when you start out and then gradually taking 3? or just jumping right into it? cause i just bought them tonight!

@MissSarahB310 I'm sure it doesn't matter. I only have ever taken 2 a day, and they work fine. Doing that I don't have to buy them as often :)
