  • it doesnt help at all cause your helping him

  • @BittenByAPotato i just doit real quick so i dont have to worry about holding it

  • but we don't always have someone to help us though, I needed a tutorial on someone not helping, it's kinda the same but it helps me more.

  • thats not how i ,eared i learned to kick to the bar

  • i do gymnastics and the lil 6 year olds use the rolly bridge to climb a lil bit to get their chin up. so dang cute

  • @BittenByAPotato Make sure you face isn't too far away from the bar, I got closer and it helped a lot :)

  • man I still can't do a pullover rofl. and it's retarding me in learning anything else at the bars because it's a basic !

  • i manage to do this few days ago.was doing quite smoothly now :D

  • to do one on your own, you have to have the strength to maintain your chin-up until your legs are up high enough to shift the balance of your weight over the bar, then that momentum will kick in to swing you over and up... at level 3 or 4 you will need to pull yourself up from a dead hang (arms fully extended) so it is vital you build up your upper body strength by doing chin-ups and pull-ups!
