See http://www.appliedcolors.com. Here, we place a deep scratch in this fender with a screwdriver. We fill it with Bondo scratch and chip filler putty, then remove excess putty with our chemical, Paint Leveler. We get a color match from our color deck (contains 100 colors tintable to 10,000 colors), then apply a few drops of paint with a fine tipped touch up brush. Typically, technicians charge about $40 to touch up an entire car. Takes about 10 minutes, and the system is quickly reassembled for the next job.
what happens when you cut and polish does it come off

@rwarne Nope. Once the paint is dry...it's permanent. Wetsand, cut, polish, pressure washing won't remove it.

How can you wipe off the scratch filler with solvent and not remove the filler from the scratch? Evidently the solvent is strong enough to break down the filler? Anyway, very nice system and a nice repair!

@donjonsone1 Paint Leveler is not purely a solvent. It's formulated so it removes layers of filler with each pass. You can control the rate of removal, unlike pure solvent, which would just remove all the filler completely.

I understand the primer-filler and the paint over it..but the video jumps to the finshed end...Do you not wet sand the touch up paint flat ?

@freakyflow The paint flows out and dries flat in 5 minutes.
