  • You should do Todd Wilbur krispy kreme donuts since there stores are so few now days.by the way what fryer do you have?Does it have a temp. control?

  • @CuriousCosmo09 yes. I use the RIVAL deep fryer from Bass Pro Shops. You can get it for about $34

  • What's Ironic is that there is no actual coffee in the cakd!

  • @zhatdude coffee cake is named that way because it's a pastry made for eating while drinking coffee.

  • How often would you say you use this book now? Were there any other recipies you found interesting?

  • @n2n001 I have so many sources for recipes that I don't go to this book much. I might do three more tests this summer. So many shows to do. LOL

  • @jakatak69 dude if you sick dont do this for us we like you videos and stuff but we dont want to kill you

  • @jakatak69 actually generally coffee cake is a coffee flavour cake, at least in the uk

  • you should try to make outback steakhouse's bloomin' onion but he said that the onion they use is really hard to get........

  • Make more of Todd willbur's recipe please!

  • @jakatak69 For all the food you make that includes butter, do you use salted or unsalted butter?

  • @theSiinaa Coffee cake when it was first created gave people Sugar rushes or kept them awake for long periods of time. It was first called Caffeine cake but then in later years the use of sugar was shortened and it was just called crumb cake. if I remember correctly in the early or late 70s the crumb cake was enjoyed with coffee so hence it has its nake coffee cake because you were to enjoy it with coffee dunk and such

  • would plain granulated sugar work in this recipe because I am fresh out of brown sugar

  • the cake is called Classic Coffee Cake, but why in the ingredients dont have coffee?

  • 5:33 Whenever your whisking any mixture that uses flower you can only whisk clockwise or ant-clockwise, because you want to align the gluten strands to make the end product fluffy. If you keep alternating it your gonna mess up the strands making the cake soggy and compacted. ;)
