thanks for the upload. it's good to see people care about sharing their knowledge. i find it much easier to accomplish this exercise if i concentrate on my breathing or if i focus on a part of my body i.e. my hands and feel the energy in them. if you focus on this tingling sensation it really helps in keeping your mind clear of other thoughts.

That is a very common challenge one I face myself. It is a matter of finding what works for you. It's not effective to tell yourself don't or or repeat mantras in the negative or the opposite of what you want. Try focusing on your breathing and take very deep breaths, hold it and then exhale. Repeat to yourself relax and learn how to control your focus. It is almost impossible to just sit down and stop all thoughts. It doesn't happen over night but with practice you will gain more control
i dont understan the #2, what im i supposed to do?# 1 was to meditate, be still, but #2 ??? please explain if you can, thank you , i am grateful for these videos that you uploaded, :) thank you :)

@ladylillyflower This is exercise is basically designed to help you practice quieting your mind. Sometimes this can take a while because of our busy lifestyle and it helps to just keep repeating the word "relax" to yourself as you take deep breaths. Or simply focus on your breathing and let go of all thoughts. This will help you become aware of your thoughts and do your best to quit the chatter in your mind. Hope that helps.

is this the same as meditating?
when practicing meditating its advised that you focus on your breath. would that not be the same?

yes, it is similar. The key is to learn how to relax the mind and learn how to use it for what you want out of life.

I want to ask you another thing. How am I supposed to sit erekt and relax my muscles? I mean after 15 minutes my body gets very tense and my back begins to hurt. Why can't I just sit in a chair and lean back? This way it will be much easyer to relax all muscles and will be much more comfortable.

You can sit back if it helps you relax. The point of the exercise is to overcome the impulses from your mind. You constantly receive signals from your brain and they affect your nervous system and produce feelings. When you learn to control what your mind focuses on and get past giving in to certain impulses you will be on your way to understanding one of the keys in the Master Key System.
