30 Years Of James Bond -- London Weekend Television Documentary

This is the crème de la crème, the original and best of James Bond tributes. The program was broadcast on Saturday October 3rd 1992 and followed the UK première of The Living Daylights. Although the stunts and special effects have been thoroughly documented on the DVD's since, this was the first program that lifted the lid on how they achieved them. Rare interviews with the late Derek Meddings and John Stears are featured here and have never been seen since. Also all 5 Bond directors and the 4 Bond's, up until that point agreed to be interviewed especially for the show. I don't remember Sean Connery giving an interview specifically related to Bond since he recorded this one during the filming of Rising Sun, so that's quite a coup in its self. Also there was some incredible behind the scenes footage like glimpses of George Lazenby's screen test and outtakes of Ross Kananga's crocodile run that although common place now were unseen at the time. There's also a great title sequence, the show was very nicely produced and left you wanting more.

LOL @ Roger Moore. I really could never buy him as Bond, he's too foppish and high class looking. And his accent is all wrong, too soft and delicate compared to the gruffness of Sean Connery.

Craig might not be the prettiest BOND there is...but, he's the ONLY one i believe could really kick the bad guys' arses. well, him and Sean Connery.

come on, now...be honest, can you actually SEE the likes of Brosnan, Moore, Lazenby or even Dalton do some damage or even have the guts to tell someone off...?? nope. thank you.

3:14 Jeeez, Dalton is beyond handsome and sexy. And in every interview I've seen, the intelligence, warmth and humor really shows. I love hearing him say "dickhead"!
