"Between February 1, 2003 and July 26, 2005 with the grounding of the US Space Shuttle fleet, Soyuz was the only means of transportation to and from the International Space Station. This included the transfer of supplies, via Progress spacecraft, and crew changeovers."

Thanks for answering my questions! I looked and could only find a couple of photos of the inside of a Soyuz, I wish there were videos available of the insides of spacecrafts like the Soyuz and the Space Shuttle. There is a lot of great footage (and 3D diagrams) of inside the ISS.

So are they stuck in the exact same spot for three days (till the 14th)? There is no room to move around? Are they wearing diapers? Whats up?

The three TMA-13 crewmen can move between the Soyuz descent module (where they were seated for launch) and the orbital module. The Soyuz is not as spacious as the U.S. space shuttle, but it does offer some room to move around. The orbital module is equipped with a toilet of sorts, so waste containment garments are not needed.
