I am a submariners wife. Its very hard to go day by day when they are gone. But I have 2 wonderful children that helo me through the days! This song is absolutely amazing!!!

June 7th will be me and my husband's 1st wedding anniversary and he won't be here, he's on deployment in Iraq. The waiting is what is the hardest. Waiting for his phone call, waiting for an email, anything.

if it wasn't for my wife, my times at sea would've been harder, and it does take a strong woman to stand by her sailor. it was hard leaving, but when you get off the ship and see her you forget about all the tears and the pain, because it was all worth it.
