@lol82490100 reaps would define the muscle not build....if you want to build muscle, the rep range would be 6-8 w/ heavy weights.

@lol82490 in order to grow biceps you just need to work them. I'd say do no more then 3 exercise per workout. Lets say 1) biceps curls 3x8-10 2)hammer curls 3x8-10 3)Preacher curls 3x10-12 .. and do i once a week for a start not to overtrain them

guyz please reply to me as fast as possible, if i do bicep curls 100 times the correct way, would i grow big biceps?
plus when i do it like 150 times, every 25 i stop then my arms start hurting me

excellent video. he was a little nervous and obviously practiced his speech before hand, but its to be expected if he isn't used to making vids, But its no bull sh*t and straight to the point. Great Job!

Then dont do them, do another excercise, this exercise uses more than one muscle group, if your other muscles cant handle it, then use lighter weights on this, and do benchpresses instead.
