hey I've watched some of your vids. you're pretty good. i'm kinda new to this game. is it easy to be a gunner?what are your tips to be an effective gunner against large monsters and small monsters?

Once you familiarize yourself with the behaviour of the monster, gunning can be quite easy and fun.

Make sure your gun allows for Cluster 2 shots, and carry the materials to craft them. In many cases, this will be your ammo of choice. Powerful and versatile; if you can aim at it, you can probably kill it using Cluster 2.

At higher levels, using just Cluster 2 will not be enough. You will need to exploit other tactic, such as Heroics+elemental shots, sleep-bombing, etc...

@NordicNeutrino For the sake of argument...lets say i do agree with you in a way and everything you said is 100% accurate.

In conclusion, you are stating that a "full" piercing shot is more damaging than a rapid shot of the same level. I fully agree with you, however if you want to take it to those extremes I would like you to consider the following factors:

timing, distances and precision and most important of all (to me) and my initial issue; purpose(in this case being the horns)ran out of cha
