Keep a light shoulder, you tense them up even when you're not striking. That tires you out faster and generates more contraction during movement..which slows you down. Also..start looking at the footing of your stance..(Don't want to sound like a dick or whatever but someone who knew you had bad center of gravity would have knocked you off, boxing or not.) Keep it up if you're training though. Can't wait to see more. Also...last tip..every time you strike..keep 1 hand striking..1 hand guarding.
